Good Company, Great Adventures

The people and organizations helping us bring birding into the real world.

Good Company, Great Adventures

FeatherQuest began with a simple idea: help more people notice birds and discover the adventure waiting outdoors. Along the way, that idea has brought us together with educators, conservation groups, businesses, artists, photographers, and neighbors.

This is a thank-you to some of the people and organizations who have joined us along the way. These connections take different forms, from events and educational programs to creative contributions and shared stories.

A Story Worth Sharing

As AI changes how people discover information online, independent creators face new challenges and opportunities. Amazon's Content Partners program brings together tools, infrastructure, and revenue opportunities to help original content creators continue building and sharing their work.

FeatherQuest joined during the program's early preview, and in October 2026, Amazon selected us as one of three independent creators featured in its announcement. The article shares how FeatherQuest began, our approach to making birding more accessible, and why we believe firsthand experiences and original content still matter.

For us, the opportunity goes beyond technology. It's about creating a future where AI can learn from independent creators while recognizing the people and work behind the content. We're excited to participate in a program exploring how creators and AI can grow together.

The People Who Helped Us Take Flight

The earliest supporters helped turn an idea into a book and an adventure.

Our Kickstarter campaigns brought together people who believed in FeatherQuest before there was much to show beyond an idea. Thank you to everyone who backed the books—and especially to these supporters recognized in our original campaign credits.
